Bubba Electrical #3

Butchering on left side of console. The orange/red splice goes to the cig lighter, the red then is split to a connector in my hand and to an orange through a fuse to the smaller box in the prev picutre.

More Bubba'ing. The thick red wire comes in through a 25A inline fuse spliced in to the connetor to the orance-blk wire on the left. The connector is a 2 prong but the red lead has been cut. What did that do originally?

Two boxes under center console. the left one with the white/white/green wires coming from it go to the back and then are cut....why?
